Chronic Link Vandalia

The budtenders aren't very knowledgeable. I went in there looking for a sativa and the guy suggested after 8. Now i'm not familiar with this strain so I wasn't exactly sure about it. I get it home, I'm smoking it, I'm not catching a buzz. I thought it was just me, so I rolled a joint and took it to a couple friends of mine, we smoked it, We didn't catch a buzz it honestly doesn't even taste good and upon further research come to find out that it is actually not as a sativa, its an indica. I will not be smoking it, i'm just gonna throw it out. This isn't the first time i've had a problem when it comes to buying weed from this place. The quality of the weed is not good. You guys put the good looking weed in the jars out for display only and give the old dried out weed to the customer in the bags. Every time I buy an ounce from this place, I get it home and I weigh it and it doesn't weigh what it should. And it's mostly stems not flower. Do yourself a favor and drive into Salamanca and check out the many other dispensaries they have to offer. I would not recommend going to any chronic link locations. Very disappointing , because I have gone to this dispensary since they opened and at first I loved coming here,but the last year or so , you guys have really gone downhill as far as quality goes. Also there have been a few times I have gone there and this one black lady that works there is completely rude to the white people that go in there. She has 0 customer service skills and shouldn't be around customers. Not very good for business

Good store. Great selection. Amazing prices. Great deals. Cheap gas. My only complaint is as a wheelchair user there's only a curb cut way off to the side rather than somewhere near the stores doors.

Service is okay. But be careful what product you pick and pay attention to prices because they will rip you off. They will claim something cost more when it's listed as something else. Also if you are a heavy smoker I would recommend going somewhere else for flower, nothing at this store packs a punch and I've bought a lot from here

This place was my go to because I really enjoy the vibe and the prices are solid. Unfortunately today one of the vapes I bought was fully clogged straight out of the box. I always check vapes before leaving just in case this happens. Every other shop I have ever been through has exchanged clogged vapes on the spot with no issues. Apparently that's not how things operate here. My girlfriend took the vape and receipt back inside and explained the problem, and rather than exchange it they told her it was fine and sent her back out. It's still clogged. I take it back inside and again they claim nothing is wrong and proceed to blow through the bottom of the vape for a couple minutes until it manages a tiny puff before heading it back to me and staring me down like I'm trying to pull something. Hope it was worth losing business over a $25 vape that could have easily been replaced with a working one. I'll just find another shop.

So my husband and I have been frequenting this place often we were up last week where a gentleman that worked there lied totally lied about the quality. We dropped a decent amount of money brought it home over an hour and a half drive and it is moldy and it is crap. I do not suggest anyone go to the store ever because they will not make good on it. it is ridiculous. The guy wide wide wide and I don’t like being lied to it. It’s not necessary.
