Great quality grass, just not the best rolling. I've had three separate instances where I had to reroll a preroll due to it not hitting or being too tight. If your getting anything from here, I recommend the grass and edibles, avoid the prerolls. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended.
Nice people
They got a listening problem and can’t seem to help being condescending. How you get my order wrong and then tell me it was my fault. Maybe stop smoking and pay attention when someone’s speaking and actually listen.
The first 2 visits at this location were 5/5 experiences. This latest time unfortunately the experience was quite poor. I received a faulty cart from this store. I returned to explain the issue to the daytime supervisor and I was instructed to return with all original packaging and receipt to receive an exchange. I returned in the evening with all the items requested and the representative helping me said the best thing he could offer was a 15% off a next purchase. I just felt let down as I was pleased to hear they would do right by the faulty experience but then they switched the answer last second Edit: The store reached out and they tried to make things better by offering the original offer of an exchange but I’m hesitant to proceed as this was promised the first time around and I am past this transaction. Appreciate the effort by the team. I truly hope they continue to succeed
