Absolutely love the product and customer service here at Urban. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Being a grower myself I hardly ever visit dispensaries but I must say I am very impressed with their quality. Best genetics in the southwest hands down, their Black Label and Northern Emeralds are prime and worth trying, come check em out!
This was my first experience at this location. The dispensary across the street was out of my brand. The moment I walked in, Lizette greeted me and was SO HELPFUL . I came in for one thing and left with 2 other really good add ons to my order. Definitely going to be coming back again. Lizette knows her products and so patient with an older customer.
