Terrible customer service the last time I went to re up my stash products. I looked for Kathleen because she helped me so well the last few visits. It was disappointing to know she wasn’t there. It’s unfortunate and I hope they care more about the actual customers in the future. Might have lost a customer.

So companies don’t care about customer service anymore? first of all, OVERPRICED, don’t buy from here. Secondly, trash customer service! Went into this shop earlier today and literally no one was at the counter, waited until someone finally showed up and this guy was so rude and hostile. I asked about the special products but didn't get any responses because he was on his personal cell. This guy didn’t answer any of my questions. I asked who his boss was and he said “LA MOTA” shame on this company for having terrible customer service and overpriced products! Don’t buy from here, this company will rip you off and the staff cant even fake a smile

The service I received during my last visit was profoundly disappointing. I found all employees, with the single exception of Kayleen, to be consistently rude and unhelpful. ​The level of assistance and professionalism from the general staff was so poor that it made for a truly frustrating experience. ​The only bright spot was Kayleen. She was an absolute professional—friendly, highly capable, and she went out of her way to be helpful. She is the only reason this review is not zero stars. ​Given the significant decline in service and the fact that Kayleen is no longer working there, I will unfortunately not be returning. I cannot justify spending my money at a place where the majority of the staff treats customers so poorly.

The most relaxing and welcoming dispensary. They treat you with care and make you feel like part of the canna co family. The product is top tier and they always make sure to take care of you. Every single member of the workers is amazing and truly goes above and beyond. They are such wonderful people that really care about there customers and stand by there product. The best dispensary hands down. If you are new to the area or are from the area but don't shop here you need to go here cause the product and customer Service is unmatched. Thank you Canna Co.
