This was my second visit to address an issue with a defective product. The Solar Burst cartridge only burned from the bottom and did not function as intended. On my first return, a replacement was provided. When I returned again for the same issue, I was informed that the purchase could not be found on my account, which was disappointing given the prior return for the identical product. I ultimately purchased a different cartridge to resolve the situation. I would appreciate a refund for the non-functioning cartridge, as it did not perform as advertised. While product defects can occur, consistent resolution and clear customer service are essential. Unfortunately, this experience has diminished my confidence in returning.

Finally, I found a place that has an indica that lulls me to sleep. Their products are top notch at incredible prices. The staff here are also knowledgeable and so friendly! This this is definitely the only dispensary in town that I will frequent from now on.

I’m a regular and spend a few hundred bucks here a month. This week I purchased $150 in gummies. Three of the items were incorrect. The employee just picked up the wrong jars and placed them in a paper bag so I was none the wiser. I took off the plastic seal on one of them and noticed it was incorrect, the other 2 were sealed. When I attempted to exchange them they really didn’t care much that this was their mistake and offered me 20% off my next purchase. I found that to be inadequate given this was their mistake, not mine. This isn’t the way to run a long lasting business. If you want to mess with the tourists fine, but don’t treat your locals that will sustain you like this. I ended up going to R.Greenleaf. The same exact product was 40% cheaper full price, no specials. I’m happy to take this review down if you guys want to make this right, but given how I was treated I’m not holding my breath.
