Let me begin here: Believe it or not, when you buy flower at this location now, the company now charges an extra $.10 for the bag that your flower is packaged in!! Seriously! This has been my go-to dispensary since I moved to New Mexio a few years ago. Mainly, the location was convenient but the service and quality of product was always more than acceptable... until recently. A short while ago, the parent company closed its other location (and R. Greenleaf store) on the east side of town. Since then, both the quality and service at this location have fallen considerably. Tonight, they reached the point at which they have become unacceptable to me. In the future, I'll be driving down to Belen or up to ABQ for my flower. This location has unfortunately turned into a bit of a dump and I won't be back.
The staff here is always EXEPTIONAL but I can say that Rene is a sweet heart that always goes above & beyond for me when I go in. Such an amazing place!
