This is pretty much the only dispensary I go to. I like the staff and I like the loyalty program. Joseph was a super nice bud tender!
The new staff at this store lacks training. The last time I went in, had a problem, with my number on my account. The prior staff, knew me well and they knew how to address it. The staff started arguing with me. It was courteous, on both ends. I walked out , with my purchase. One of the staff said, that she fixed the problem, that I would be okay next time I went in. But come to find out that they told their manager that I was rude. They banned me. That’s okay there a lot of dispensaries in the area, with better product, and better prices no skin off my back. But the new staff, is so lacks training and the courage to refuse me service, if I was rude as they told their manager.
I just want to thank the lady at pure life for making my day. She’s Deserves a bonus in her job she’s an amazing bud tender I wish I would have gotten her name But I wanted to say thank you so much
Lisa recommended the Açaí cookies and they blew my mind! Absolutely came back for more. I’m born and raised in LA and this was the best surprise!!! I really did not know what to expect and I had to call home and tell them we have been over paying for lesser quality in the city. 5 stars from this world traveling wake and baker. Thank you Lisa for knowing what I needed when I didn’t 🤗
