PurLife Dispensary - Taylor Ranch

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am a medical patient and I will never be coming back due to the HORRIBLE customer service and treatment. I went to this location on a saturday & purchased a cartridge. The cartridge worked fine for 2 days then it stopped working. I changed out the battery but it was the cartridge that was malfunctioning. I called the store to see what my options were regarding returns and exchanges. I was told that you cannot return or exchange past 24 hours. The bud tender stated that the policy went into effect on december 2025 and was informed that I cannot get a refund or exchange despite this issue not being my fault. The cart was a bonanza $10 “discount” cart. I was told from the bud tender rudely that I “should expect” that discount carts will do this and stop working sometimes; When in fact all carts have a chance of this happening. I was blamed for essentially buying this cart. I left my name and number for the manager to return my call to resolve this situation. Once the manager called me back I was informed that the policy for returns and exchanges has always been in effect since their store has been at that address; And that whatever the bud tender on the phone said to me about their return policy being in effect december 2025 was not true. I was given incorrect information regarding their policies the first time I called which is unacceptable. The manager was essentially gaslighting me and blatantly disagreeing with me over the phone, although I was just relaying what his employee told me regarding when the policy came into effect. The manager was very dismissive and I did not receive a refund or exchange. To be frank this is the worst experience I have ever had as a 6 year medical patient. I have never willingly requested to be removed from a dispensary system; and this speaks volumes because I love this industry. I loved the pur life dispensary but this experience was so sad and disheartening. there are other reviews that reflect this store in a poor light as well :( DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

This was the second location of PurLife we visited while here, and it was just as awesome as the first. They have great deals and their staff are really friendly and helpful when perusing the menu. We will always hit up a PurLife when visiting ABQ

Misleading sales and poor management. This is the 2nd time I got ripped off by the same guy. (Isaac) The manager told us we were getting $2 pre-rolls before 5:20, but delayed by talking at the register until the deal “expired” by 2 minutes and then charged $6 each. He then offered a 12 for $30 deal plus a “free” eighth for spending over $50. When we got to the car, we only had 10 pre-rolls, not 12, and noticed an unexplained extra $16 charge. When we went back in for an explanation, he couldn’t clearly explain the math and refused to honor the deal he offered said we didn’t qualify for the deal. He became defensive and hostile instead. He kept saying we got a free eighth even though it’s part of a promo when you spend $50 or more. I always have a great experience at the Pur Life location in Rio Rancho go the extra mile, the staff is wayy friendlier and they don’t try to argue or gaslight you when the math isn’t mathing. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this guy at the Taylor Ranch location. Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware. This is my 2nd time getting shortchanged and humiliated by him in front of other customers. I’m never going back! 😩

I had a really nice experience with Emily! She was SO helpful and so kind. She listened and understood my situation and helped me figure out the best options/products. It is always nice to find people and dispensaries that make you feel seen and heard especially as a medical patient. And she definitely did! 😁

my visit was really excellent she helped me with everything and with the questions that I had asked her she was very awesome and she was she was able to answer my question really good so I’ll give her about 10 stars
