PurLife Dispensary Alamogordo

Went in to get my usual....im very surprised at how I got treated. Normally I have a great experience but some guy who was working there ( I won't mention his name, but he knows who he is). I ordered Banana cake on the Reserve list. He gave me LA Banana cake and I told him it was wrong. He couldn't eve admit that he messed up. If I asked for LA banana Cake i woulf of said LA Banana Cake, but I didn't. Its cool if you mess up but be a man and admit. He didn't want to because his boss was right there. All he had to say was "you know what boss i messed up, i grabbed the wrong one", but no he had to lie and accuse me of being the one to lie. I asked if they could exchange it out and they would not do it even though it was the employees fault. He got attitude and was disrespectful, idk how they let someone like that work there. I was totally unsatisfied and I will never go back there. What a terrible experience and what a TERRIBLE WORKER. U KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Was looking for a particular strain, no one in the area I was in had it, one dispensary told me to try Purlife and it was hands down the best experience I’ve EVER had in a dispensary. Ms Andrea was very smart, she knew her product and was very helpful in some questions I had for her. Being from Missouri our dispensaries are like a factor they could care less about your questions or concerns and Andrea had the answers. She was very friendly and had a great personality to be dealing w public. Due to how great of service I received I will now make the 2hour drive to purchase my medical needs here. Thank you for the great service. I truly needed that today.

I'm from out of town and come often to visit family and my sister brought me here and I can say great service she was very patient and knowledgeable. The prices are great and all the staff was so nice. I will be back

I'm a cancer patient, and will not go anywhere else for my edibles. Jeremy is amazing, and has helped me find the right products for all of my symptoms while undergoing chemotherapy! I recommend this shop to everyone I can!
