Terrible, bad employees who make the whole experience unpleasant as soon you walk in. Management offers no help for any problems. I’d give a 1 star if I could what dispo doesn’t really carry flower and the flower they do carry is dry like a Popeyes biscuit👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I have been a customer at this location for a long time now and today I had the worst and last experience that I’ll have here. It’s some stiff wig, wearing woman who is operating as manager on duty this evening and she made it her business to bicker with me while I was giving feedback about closing the drive-through early. I don’t have an issue with businesses holding to their policies however I have visited this location a lot of times and I’ve never experienced a time where the drive-through was closed in 30 minutes earlier than the store did. I am a disabled person who traveled from states away and crossed the bridge to visit this particular store. I have a handful of emails stating that my curbside order is ready to pick up until 10 PM. When I arrived at location, which was 9:33 PM, the drive-through was blocked off and the manager was in the parking lot telling me I had to go inside. I parked my car and went inside although it was going to cause me great pain in my legs doing so, I traveled over 45 minutes one way and would have been paying a toll to come back home so I didn’t wanna make the trip and come home empty-handed. As I was finishing purchasing my order, I asked if the manager can come out so I can give the business feedback about how people in my condition would have barriers purchasing their product due to the policy that is not indicated on the website or in any of my emails. The manager made sure that she bickered with me and went back, back-and-forth to have the last word over something as such as my personal experience as someone with a disability. As I was leaving, she made sure to continue bickering to my back up until I walked through the exit door and turned around and told her to have a better day. I also Insulted her on my way out the door, I knew I wouldn’t be back and I also wasn’t leaving without disrespecting her the way she disrespected me. Ain’t no shame in my game ! I can acceptable for EVERYTHING I’ve said and done, I wonder if she’ll do the same. I will not be back to the store and I will continue to follow up with the corporate office. UPDATE:: I spoke to a very nice gentleman On the Corporate side, who heard my complaints and created positive solutions for me in the future. I really do appreciate his phone call and the generosity that was given to me despite my experience. I’ll be back soon.
Loved Nova up until today ..I’ve been in the hospitality business for 45 yrs ..so I pulled into the drive thru and didn’t know it was only for pre orders ..The black dude was super sweet , I apologized and said I’ll put an order in .. Drove to front area and backed in quickly to get out of the way of the traffic flow leaving the drive thru ..I had some question about product so I thought it best to go in instead of holding up the drive thru .. went in the front door had my ID out said hello to the youngman and he said “ are you the owner of the silver SUV ?” Now I’m thinking the nice brother at drive thru gave this youngman the heads up of what transpired out there and to take care of me … he says “you need to first go out and straighten your car “ I said you can’t park there ? There weren’t any other cars there at all maybe 6-7 spots .. he said no your just taking 2 spots .. so I said ok and went out to straighten my car ..I returned and suggested maybe next time please don’t take 2 car spots ..He looks at me like I just cursed him out and says “Listen I was nice You can go someplace else now “😳😳 I said ok that’s fine God bless have a great night .I drove 2 miles down the road and was treating AMAZINGLY and was so happy to spend my $1235.00 in there buisness Woodbury Wellness Dispenvsary !!!! This place has by far the worst customer service, and This place is a scam. If you want cheap bud come here, everything else is trash. All of their edibles have never hit me or my girlfriend, and on top of that I have spent over $700 at only this location, but when they sold me a cart that was leaking when I took it out of the bag they refused to return it and only gave me 15% off our next purchase. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong by asking for a new product, or store credit. I’ve never had a business so willing to lose a weekly customer who spends 100-150$ a week or more, over a $35 cart. I wish when we walked in there they would’ve honored their product like we believed they would, but they did not. Again it’s not the waste of $35 that upset me it’s the way that the situation was handled, and what would the case have been if I bought 5-10 of them like I sometimes do.
This place is awesome. I’ve had my card for a few days now I got the 2 g rezzy And that thing is full to the top. It’s not like the bullshit you buy from the smoke shops. My Guy blue is awesome and the other young lady That processed my order It was an awesome experience in their prices are extremely good. I will definitely be coming here again Don’t mind the color of the oil because my flesh was on, but the oil is so clear
