It’s funny how it only takes one bad employee to ruin what would otherwise be a good customer experience. The product is good, the store is good, but one person can sour the whole relationship. Tonight I came in for a quick pickup and got called “difficult” by an employee named Chris. The reason? A few months back I placed a $400+ order late at night and added a grinder the next day for $80, but when I came the next morning the price had jumped over $120 even though my order receipt had the original price. No hard feelings, I didn’t complete the order. That’s not being difficult, that’s just common sense. Money is money. Apparently he’s still salty about it and decided to make a slick comment before trying to backtrack. So congrats, Chris. You managed to lose a customer. I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else.

I went here to get the special fernway orange battery that was on sale for a limited time, but by the time I got there they were all sold out :( The kindly rep took pity on me because he saw how disappointed I was, and gave me a black fernway battery for free! I will definitely be coming back here for future purchases!
