I came in today to grab some cones and a half oz. I was assisted at the front check in by Carol who helped me sign up for rewards and John who helped me find what I was looking for and recommended a brand of flavor pop cones. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. I’ll be back soon!
Loved this place. Nice atmosphere. Bud tender very knowledgeable. What i like most was the bud tender was very compassionate and understanding how navigate and helped with my mental health issues . Relatable. Put me at ease and my anxiety was minimal. Will definitely go back . Great deals and good products. I appreciate the customer service the most. They Really try to help patients right medicine.
Every time I go to CC I'm greeted by very nice, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful employees. It's like going to see a warm group of friends. I highly recommend Canopy Crossroads!
Good quality good people. However I was overcharged on sale items. Before leaving the store I noticed and they “refunded” me and then charged me the correct amount. Sounds great except I realized they never refunded me and proceeded to charge me 3 separate orders. They kept the receipts so I don’t really have a leg to stand on. 2 stars because the people are nice and I do believe it was a mistake.
I stopped in recently and was helped out by John the sales manager. He took his time explaining everything to me and getting me setup for my needs. Im finally sleeping better with less body pains. Thank you so much!
