Valley Wellness is very special business. Many of their clientele are quite ill, many are creative artists, a fair amount of us are both and I’m sure there are a few somewhere who are neither. Still, I’ve never known them to sound or act stressed or impatient, or even distracted—and they somehow manage to care for all of their patrons with the same kindness and generosity of spirit one might more reasonably expect to find from a minister or a nurse. Even at times when I’ve made mistakes or needed to change important details, I’ve never known a single person there to snap or lose patience with me; somehow they manage to maintain positive attitudes and friendly, warm, demeanors. I honestly don’t know how they manage to be so uniformly wonderful, but I wish more businesses would learn from them. Thank you all again, Valley Dwellers— I’m amazed by each and every one of you.

Valley Wellnes is a great place. Very clean and orderly. Nelly was very helpful in choosing the right products for me and making sure I received my senior discount and credits for my purchase. I will definitely shop here again.

VW runs a solid operation with friendly staff who can guide you through selections, as well as iPad-like screens where you can navigate the products yourself. Pricing is decent, and turnaround time is minimal. I've never pre-ordered, yet I'm rarely in the store for more than 5 minutes. Definitely my "go to" for anything THC.

We have been utilizing Valley since its opening. Most experiences are not worth mentioning as this dispensary is a mediocre venue without the fun feeling I have come accustomed to in the great state of New Jersey. What made this occurrence different however was not only the product but the response when the quality was brought to light. Our latest purchase has absolutely put a bad taste in our mouths in more ways than one. When the owner admits to selling garbage product the whole time (apparently we have been fortunate to get as good a quality flower up to now) and blaming the choice of the product because it is less expensive as the reason for its obvious defects is insane. We sent photos of the brown, burnt, crunchy buds. We seriously were worried about contamination. I was under the impression that buying from a dispensary would provide consistency. This just proves that what the state is doing isn’t good enough. We didn’t ask for compensation Valley! We were letting you know as a courtesy to YOU. Your passive aggressive response to this courtesy is why I took my time to post this and your well deserved 1 star. I will be informing the state about this interaction.

Dan helped me with my purchase. I had some questions and was looking for something specific. The brand I loved was discontinued and I wanted something as close as possible... Dan took extra time going online and doing some research for me to figure out which product was best. I really appreciate his time and patience. Highly recommended!
