First time visiting this establishment, and will absolutely be returning for all my future needs. Jairus was so warm, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain procedure, products, and how to register for future incentives which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 service!
Tom is incredibly knowledgeable. I had specific needs and he took the time to educate me and find the right product for me. Such a nice guy and knows his stuff.
I went in knowing what I wanted beforehand Just a couple pre rolls while I was in town. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a woman at the counter. I told her what I was looking for and within three minutes I had my pre-rolls and I was out the door. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a little chitchat and a couple jokes and I was good to go. *I did have to buy a lighter, which I thought was a bit expensive for a cheap Bic
The staff and facility are awesome (even if i feel a bit like cattle in those lines). However, the prices are a bit insano, balanced by a nice selection of sales they have often. Edit - Had a bad experience with the website, missing deals/ect. Customer service was rough to get ahold of initially but they made it right relatively quickly, I wont hold it against them
