Staff was NOT friendly. I like an edible that is hard to get. This place usually has it in stock and puts it on sale. That is why I return. A smile, not a sneer, goes far with me.
Never had an issue till today. My fiance goes in for the 1st time and I tell her she'll get 30% off for signing up for the loyalty program and she did that. She gets there and tells the lady at the counter she has a 30% off first time customer. And still rings her up for a full $91 instead of $63. Takes years to build trust and seconds to break. Will not be coming back here ever again. They will not honor their 30% off. (For the company if you reply it was ordered off ky fiances email not mine) I will be listening if you want to make it right
Stopped in to replace a vape that didn't work. No problem, they gave me a brand new one upon inspection. Very polite and friendly, resolved the problem and I was on my way. Thanks again, Happy Holidays..
The product itself was fine and service was quick and the environment was very clean. However, the customer service skills seemed a little lacking. I understand there is no public restroom, but when a customer comes in with a true emergency… being the only person in the store, just there to pick up an online order—sometimes an exception can be made I feel like? But I guess not here. And that’s their right. After being stuck in construction traffic for 25 minutes just trying to get into the parking lot, I arrived to pick up my order.. in literally tears, explaining i had an order to pick up but I needed the bathroom and I couldn’t hold it any longer. Instead of showing empathy, the cashier was firm about the “no public restroom” rule. And told me I could go to Wendy’s next door. I wasn’t looking for special treatment, just a little human understanding to avoid having an accident right outside their door. The weed is fine, but the lack of compassion really soured the experience. You can have your rules and your polices but in my opinion customer service isn’t just about following rules—it’s about treating people with dignity in the moment.
