1st time visiting & my experience from when I walked in was friendly & welcoming. Hannah helped me out today & she was so sweet & nice. She was great on helping me find exactly what I was looking for & was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

Tyler exhibits customer excellence. He is inviting, nice, positive and very educational on the product. I appreciate the time he takes to discuss the inventory and educate us (his customers). Everyone is great at Mass but Tyler and a few others are my favorites. Thanks Mass to the co for hiring them, whoever the hiring manager is knows what they are doing. Hope they get bonuses in money and the end of each qtr…if this is not already implemented,exec mgmt should reevaluate this and take action. Thanks For reading

From the moment Mass Grown opened up every time I visited (which is few and far between since I moved out of state) the crew that works here is beyond amazing. From helping you out, offering advice and more info on what you’re looking for or offering suggestions that you may have not heard of. Tyler is/was always pleasant and I wish I remembered names of the those that helped me in the past. Thank you so much, Tyler for a great experience today and for remembering me as well as sharing info about the third eye pinecone restoration! Keep the vibes going!

Mass Grown Dispensary is hands down my go-to. The staff is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. Today I worked with GI who was great as always, and Taylor is consistently fantastic too. I seem to have the same schedule as them, but when I pop in and I have another staff member, love them just a much! I’m in there often, and the team truly remembers you. What I love most is how knowledgeable they are. I usually tell them what my day looks like or what activities I have planned, and they guide me toward the perfect strain. They know the types of strains I’m drawn to and that I love high-terp flower. With their constantly rotating selection, when something new comes in that fits my preferences, they already know and suggest it before I even have to ask. I’ve checked out three other dispensaries in the area, and honestly, I won’t be returning to them. Once you experience Mass Grown, there’s no comparison. I’m fully a Mass Grown girl now and a little ashamed it took me this long to finally write this review. You genuinely feel like family the moment you walk through the door. The store itself is beautiful, well laid out, and has tons of options. I personally prefer flower, but if you’re into vapes, carts, edibles, anything, you have decisions for days, and they will help you every step of the way. Highly recommend Mass Grown for both the quality of the products and the people who make the experience exceptional.

Today convinced me this is my new go to spot. I went with my wife today and Tyler helped us out. This place is unbeatable with their service. They know their stuff very well and it's a really relaxed environment. I genuinely don't know what to say except, try the place and say hi... They're an awesome part of the community!
