On all levels, the most casual yet professional experience you could ask for. Plenty of parking. All of the employees are so kind and welcoming front to back! I have to admit Mike is amazing as well as John whom I had the pleasure of meeting today. No pressure (even after 10 minutes of questioning) 😊 patient, informative, great pricing and deals. I always have the best experience at UNION CHILL. Everyone is so nice and helpful, which is great cause I don’t really know what’s best for me. Today Linda was super helpful and got me exactly what I wanted and explained everything so thoroughly. I’m always so impressed.
Kathy, was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable on the products from the terpene profiles, preferential effects! Kathy’s patients with helping out both my wife and father was very much so appreciated! On top of that, her conversation in the short amount of time was top notch! 100000% will be coming back because of her!
I came this morning ready to have a great experience. John was the sweetest cashier ever. He helped me save so much on my order and just offered such a pleasant experience. The security guard is also the nicest guy ever. I love this place 10/10
Disappointing experience. First time here and wow the desk guy needs some managing. Head down, no hello, not friendly at all! Then I walk in and no one says anything. 2 employees standing at a desk talking to each other without any acknowledgement. I would have been good with a hello. Again first time here so I didn’t know where to go or the flow of the place. I place my order then stand in the kiosk ordering line where an employees head is down. Standing in line just waiting again. Hello or be right with you would be enough. Then John who was very nice at least acknowledged me as a person and said hello. He is the only reason I am not leaving a 1 star review. Pretty disappointing in the entire experience. The purchase was a formality being 420. Doubt I will ever come back here. I never like leaving bad reviews. This was truly just disappointing and I hope new customers get better experiences than I did.
