This is by far the worst dispensary I’ve been to. After purchasing low-quality THC the first time, I decided to give them another chance and followed the sales rep’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the product I received was even worse than before. I would not recommend this dispensary based on my experience. If you’re looking for quality, you may want to consider other options that’s not “downtown”.

Every time I walk in, it’s like I’m with friends. Kayla and the rest of the crew hustling the budtender bar are second to none. All the best brands. Total pros.

I went with my Husband and I have to give the people who work here a great review. We spent most of the time with Michael. What a wonderful, positive person! I don't usually give compliments to individuals. But, Michael is a breath of fresh air. I wish I could find more of his positivity in more establishments. We were so lucky to have the pleasure of making his acquaintance. Thank you all at DTF for making our day brighter. I hope Michael is going to remember us because we won't forget his expertise. See you again.

From the moment he approached, their positive energy was infectious.greeted me with a genuine smile and an enthusiasm that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. What truly stood out was Michael commitment to ensuring my needs were met. They listened attentively to my concerns regarding my disposable not working, and his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile were remarkable. He didn't just offer a standard response; instead, he proactively sought a solution, explaining the process clearly and patiently. The level of customer service I received from MICHAEL was truly exceptional. Their high energy and dedication not only resolved my issue efficiently but also left me with a very positive impression of DOWNTOWN FLOWER. There product and there staff is amazing.

Honestly, I loved them in the beginning...product was good. Service was good. I usually start off my transaction by saying I'm a lightweight, which maybe now they assume means I'm inexperienced, which I'm not...the last 2 times I've been, the bud they've sold me has been almost expired or not MARKED as expired but terribly old. Like worse than I used to smoke in college in the early 2000s...The most recent 3.5g I bought is so terrible and dried out, I'm only smoking it because I paid an arm and a leg for it. This was my go-to because of the convenience, but I'm trying a new place next time...the staff is still nice to my face, but now I feel like I'm just being fed a line...
