I always have a great experience. The staff is always really friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, organized, and the ordering process was quick and easy. They had a nice selection of products and everything felt very professional. Overall it was a smooth visit and I always come back :)
Edit: I appreciate you emailing me to honor the system’s error! Will be back lol I ordered on the app for pickup because i saw that there was an insane sale. buy two 2 grams “the clear” cartridges for $16.01. stood there waiting for probably almost 10 minutes just to be told “I’m sorry that was a mistake on OUR end, we can’t honor that price.” lmfao what?? a mistake on YOUR end that you can’t honor. oh okay, rightttt. i legitimately come here every couple weeks & have only become more disappointed in the establishment. i will say i was offered a discount on anything that I would like to purchase, but that’s not even close to what i came there for. the girl who helped me did seem like she felt bad but whoever the higher-ups are need to do better. this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me here & after looking at the reviews, they’ve done the same to others. maybe learn to honor your mistakes, or do a better job at maintaining your app because now I’ll be finding a different place to give my business to regularly. the other places i have been seem to have better prices to begin with, this was just the closest dispensary to me :(
