Morgan was very helpful with me during my first time at this store. And every employee seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The man working security was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!
So I have to give at least 2 stars for the customer service on Friday when they helped me find products. The employees were very nice to me and i thank them for that. What went sour was the meet and greet that happened with the Lox a few hours later. Talent was over 2 hours late and I acknowledge that it happens. However usually the time agreement should be at least honored or at the very least make sure everyone has an interaction because people paid money in order to meet the lox. There was disorganization, chaos and a lot of people who were left disappointed. I was willing to maybe give them another chance to make things right by providing my feedback in a respectful response without any derogatory comments (because there were others who said much worse online) only to not get a response but to get blocked on social media. That honestly has soured any interest in returning.
They have an amazing selection and staff. K.P. and George was very with picking out the exact strain I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the products which I really liked. I'm definitely coming back.
I went in there today as a first time customer. I was told by security that I would get a 30 percent discount. The item I chose was online your website for $20 which means it would have $14 with the discount and the $3.50 service charge would of made it $17.50. However I was charged $23.50 so this company lies about offering new customers a discount. The fees for using your card are just ridiculous and the quality of the product was mediocre at best. Come you could do way better.
Had a fantastic experience here the other day as first timers in the NJ program. Jorge was extremely helpful, friendly, took his time with us, and opened a familial vibe to the space that we really appreciated. He personally selected some products for us to try, and we were blown away by them! Super satisfied with everything we got and will definitely be back!
