This place is phenomenal! It’s my GO TO spot & BEST DISPENSARY I ever been to! Kyle is just simply amazing & def one of my FAVORITE 🙌 (ALL THE STAFF IS SUPER AMAZING) ! Curbside w kyle is always a breeze, as well as inside-ALWAYS pleasant, GREAT energy, & HUGE HELP! Kyle’s expertise helps me pick the best choices for my needs & is consistency on point!! Kyle & all of the staff go above & beyond, making it an exceptional experience, everyone is incredibly FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE as well! This place will always be my go-to spot! You have a customer for life! My cousin told me about this place when I moved here, instanty sold! I been to SO MANY dispensaries from north to south jersey & I couldn’t believe the comparison; regarding price difference, the WIDE SELECTION of products, & the personable, knowledgeable staff Scarlet has over any other dispensary I ever been to.! I constantly rave & continually recommend this place & all are now regular customers! As someone who owns small businesses, I know great staff is hard to come by - well done! I loved reading the owner's backstory, it resonated with me & I have a very similar story! You're crushing the competition! Keep winning! I'd love to network-if your interested!

Really good products and the order is always made correctly. Plus it's waiting for me if I preorder online. Actually, they are probably one of the fastest quick in and out shopping experience(2 to 5min max). They have daily discount hours and are their best discount IMO. The customer loyalty rewards or lack of is not the greatest or most transparent about function when it comes to how they are applied, when, etc. That was the only reason I had to remove a star. I definitely would recommend this place, but the discounts could be a little bit more incentivizing like some of the competition does.

1/18/26: Special shout-out to the delivery driver who covered the morning shift. They're an asset. The weather was lousy, which alone could have caused considerable delays for several reasons I can think of, but didn't. They were also filling the orders. I've worked retail, and an employee who can keep things going smoothly on a crazy shift and still be pleasant is one who deserves their own review. (I've posted a second for TSRR; five stars.)

I had a great experience with everything from this service including KYLE who was the MVP of my night. Kyle was ultra accommodating, kind, and just a super cool dude. He really went out of his way to make the delivery and was made my first purchase an amazing amazing experience. Kyle if your reading this, thank you!!!

I never once had any issues with this place five out of five stars. 10 if I was allowed. After going there the first couple times myself, the employees get to know you and they update you in store next time about new Items you may like, etc. honestly 9/10 times I buy it and try it, and all I can say it’s amazing!!!! it’s the best experience & customer service every single time! All employees are so great I can’t pick one to stand when they all shine. Not to mention the affordable deals they offer too. It’s great. Thank you all for being amazing and serving e-town!!
