Ohm Theory - Recreational Cannabis/Marijuana Dispensary (Elmwood Park, NJ)

I genuinely thought this was a solid place. I go here all the time. I made an order for a specific item long before I get there. I get there and theres a customer at the counter buying the same exact thing. I think nothing of it because I made an order earlier. So it shouldn't be an issue. Well turns out they sold the last one to that guy who did not make an order. He was at the counter asking questions and just shopping regularly. Forcing me to go without what I ordered properly. That shouldn't happen. Whats the point in making an order if you dont care to uphold them and sell product that was ordered to whoever shows up asking? Ive been a loyal repetitive customer. They didnt offer to make it right. Just "hey sorry we sold your stuff to someone else. Do you want to buy something else?" And just like that ill never go back. Edit: if you read the reviews you'll notice all of the bad reviews are legitimate reviews and are made by people with muiltiple reviews on other places. Every single good review is made by someone with zero history. That tells me that all of the good reviews were made by customers being asked to make a good review for something free in the store. Many dispensarys do this. If you find yourself reading these reviews please take a moment to understand that this place only has good reviews because they were incentivised for it. (Second edit): since I cant respond to your response. Looks its fine and dandy that you want to make it right or sound as professional as possible. Its your buisness I get it. But dont come on here straight lying about incentivised reviews. Literally every dispensary does this. And the evidence in your reviews proves that. You can deny it. Doesn't change what the evidence shows.

I love this place been coming here for quite sometime. The staff is always so happy and seem to always have fun with each other every time I go. It does get really busy sometimes you have to wait a bit in line but definitely worth it. I would like to add kudos to the girl in the glasses for standing up for herself. She’s always so happy when I come in (she’s one of my favorite budtenders) I was waiting in line I noticed that a customer was telling her some really nasty racist remarks and she stood her ground about it. Handled it with grace. No one should be told to go back where they came from. I hope management handled the situation I felt so bad she had to go through that. No business should support any racism.

Ohm Theory always has some of the best deals I've ever seen, out of any dispo. The wait time isn't too long, and the staff is generally in a good mood. I recommend this place to anyone who has yet to visit.

This is the third time I've come into the store and you guys never understand my order because your website is broken. I place a order for Hashables SOLVENTLESS chocolate. I get to the store and you say you have nothing of that kind but bring out Meltdown bars even though the chocolate was bought under the Hashables chocolate brand on your own website. Its a higher price item and there was 6 left on the website, I bought all 6 and drive a hour away for the sale only to be told they dont have any solventless chocolate, just regular. Even though I bought the solventless more expensive one on your own website. That was today. Before my two other trips you guys had the hashable cookie and cream bars up. I bought some and the same damn issues, you bring out the Meltdown bar thats not solventless. That was another hour drive. Im done wasting my time with this place. Every time there is a issue with the Hashables chocolates. Either fix the inventory or fix your website. And educate your budtenders on the edibles too. They had no clue what hashables solventless is. Dont tell me im the one who's wrong when its your own site. That happened every visit.

Oh, Man... The people here, they just get it. They are knowledgeable about their product, they will know the right terpene you're searching for to get that relief. Whether you need it for medicinal or recreational, they tend to right the first time they suggest a strain or product, and if not? If it wasn't the 'one'✨️ the first time, you can count on them to work together as a team to find your ✨️one.✨️ I am also absolutely obsessed with their GIANT, freshwater tank they have as the centerpiece of their reception area. The black velvety ropes wrap around the tank, so you have a calming moment to observe, listen, breathe, and just exist in that line, with those fish, for a moment of your day. My pain has been unmanageable for a couple of weeks, but the fish calm me, and the people revive my spirit. Thank you, Ohm Family for taking the time to care...
