Great staff, knowledgeable on terpenes and strains. I always feel comfortable taking their recommendations, as they know what works for me. I also never feel pushed to buy anything I haven't ordered or that is over my budget for a visit. Kind, respectful and very chill seasoned retail workers. They always make my trips there easy, quick and enjoyable. My go to dispensary, that never lets me down.Jen is one of my favorite budtenders!

im a medical patient and sick of being treated horribly by certain staff here. also today i preordered and it was supposed to come to 18.75 total and she charged me $22.50. i asked her why and she said it was an error on the website. so that is not my fault. i should still get the discount listed and that i literally put in this order this afternoon. how did it change that quick in pricing? it was register 2 at 6:17 pm on 10/13/2025. so rude. and i was super nice and thought she was too but she was absolutely lazy and fake. botanist really needs to respect medical patients especially knowing your workers get their cannabis basically for free and sometimes free and medical barely gets a discount. as one of your employees told me medical is a scam. botanist scams medical patients. i never experienced this at MPX ever. just baffling the lack of support for medical patients, but workers there get paid and free weed. why even tip them? they are just stoned the whole time too. only two workers in there are professional.

The budtender was equally welcoming, facilitating a smooth sign-up process and offering helpful guidance. The 'sniff bar' itself was a highlight, allowing for a genuine sensory experience with each strain. I felt that the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, a testament to both the well-designed space and the friendly staff. From the ID check to check out the staff was top tier! Theresa, Jessica were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. They informed us about the loyalty program which saved me $20 on my order today. The staff itself is a great reason to try this place. The choices are phenomenal and you can get reviews on each item from other customers!! I even got stickers for my car! I highly recommend coming here!

I've been going to the botanist at 100 Century Drive for some time now, and my only complaint is the prices... even though I get a senior discount, it is expensive. Everybody I've met there has been very helpful and friendly, and often I'll ask them for suggestions... and they've been good. The place is neat, clean, orderly, and safe. The parking lot always has a place to park when I've been there. Weekends can be bad, and I suggest that you call ahead to find out (if they answer the phone) or order ahead online. Today, I went there in 90° heat to pick up the battery/pen, and I was told it could be an hour waiting outside in the heat. I didn't need the pen that bad, so I'll come back during the week. As far as the expense goes, I keep telling myself that it costs a lot of money to make that great big building behind that much smaller enclosure waiting room and the store where we purchase the medical or recreational... cultivation, taxes, labor cost, ... and etcetera.
