Love this place! Lori is super friendly and always takes the time to explain the different effects and help you find the best strains for what you’re looking for. She’s really knowledgeable and has such welcoming, relaxing vibes — it never feels transactional at all. The whole staff is amazing. Other perks: Fernway Fridays! I also love that they do things that support recycling and green initiatives. Plus, there are always discounts available which is a nice bonus.
Visited on Saturday 28 and had one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went in hoping to have a product price matched that is sold cheaper down the road. The first manager I spoke to was rude, passive-aggressive, and dismissive. I asked to speak to a partner or higher-level manager and was told someone would come out. I waited about 10 minutes in the vestibule while watching staff continue helping other customers. The partner walked by multiple times and never addressed me. When he finally came out, instead of listening, he talked over me and began explaining margins and how they “lose money” on products. That’s not the customer’s concern — especially in a highly competitive area with multiple dispensaries within minutes of each other. It was also implied that my money or business didn’t matter. As a long-time customer, that’s unacceptable. I left and went to Ascend where the same product was priced lower and rewards could be applied. If you’re not going to compete on price, then customer service must be exceptional. Unfortunately, in this case, it was neither. I can’t recommend this location based on how management handled this situation.
