I came here because of the reviews i read and it’s true. great prices, friendly staff and easy access off the highway if you’re coming from philly. i was served by Minnie and she was solo funny, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I wasn’t even standing for over a minute before she checked on me and asked if i’d been helped yet. she helped me get a lot for minimum $$ so it’ll be a while before i’m back but i am looking forward to seeing my new frand minnie :))
Had a great experience at this dispensary. Maya was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain different product options based on what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of high-quality products at reasonable prices.
For my first time at not only The Botanist, but my first time in any dispensary. Michelle made me feel like I’ve been coming for years. She was knowledgeable, calm, funny and helped with my selection. We need more like her in customer service. I’ll be back for sure!!!
Darien was so nice and helpful. We were first time customers and he helped us picked out the best products that fit our specific needs. Great vibes and good atmosphere to be in. Will be returning great customer service.
This Botanist location in Cinnaminson has more variety in their options than others and the staff is so kind all the time - BEWARE THEY HAVE TO ADD $6 to your order AND pay you back in cash if you want to use your card in 2025 - a hassle nobody wants. They did offer me $5 off to do my Google review though so here it is
