SunnyTien Dispensary and Lounge

Went to an event that was advertised to come with two 1g pre-rolls. Get there, and was only given one 1g pre-roll. Said that they had changed it the day of the event which is convenient lol. I had gone to their last event where they advertised the same thing. At that one, I received two 1g pre-rolls, but at the recent event they lied and said at the last event they gave out two .5g pre-rolls before so they were just giving out one 1g preroll now. I still have the containers from the event prior and they were both 1g. The flyer said everyone got two. Long story short, felt scammed and won’t be going back lol. I emailed them and they never responded.

I attended the Toke & Flow event on February 22nd at SunnyTien and wanted to share both the good and the not-so-great. The class itself was incredible. Julianna from Rooted Movement is hands down one of my favorite instructors. Her energy, flow, and presence are unmatched. The class was easily a 20/10 experience and I highly, highly recommend taking anything she teaches. I truly do not believe she had any knowledge of the issue we experienced. My concern was with the ticket inclusions. The event flyer advertised two 1g prerolls. When we checked in, we were given one. When we asked about it, we were told that it’s “normally two .5g prerolls but instead it was just one 1g.” It felt dismissive and honestly a bit gaslighting, especially since the flyer specifically stated two 1g prerolls. We didn’t want to argue in the moment, so we went into class feeling a little misled. Afterward, my friends and I talked and all felt the same way. We reached out via email to address it and haven’t received a response. We also noticed the flyer has since been changed to say one 1g preroll. Again, the class itself was amazing and Julianna is phenomenal. I just wish the communication and handling of the ticket inclusions had been clearer and more transparent. Experiences like that can leave an icky feeling that doesn’t need to be there.

Had such a great experience at SunnyTien, especially using the consumption lounge. The space was clean, relaxed, and super welcoming. Travis assisted me and he was honestly amazing, so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun without being overwhelming. You can really tell he loves his job and cares about people having a good experience. I’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely experience. The dispo was nice, staff friendly and good product. The lounge was 10/10. What a time to be alive.

This dispensary was the best I’ve ever seen the service the atmosphere the decorations, the people. Can’t wait for the consumption lounge to open up. Shout out to Spencer. He is very helpful!
