Worst return experience I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. I was a regular here, buying products every 2 weeks. Recently I bought 4 "LP exotics premium vape disposable" all 4 were defects, tasted like burnt coil with very little to no smoke. Came back to the dispensary with receipts and the packaging it came with. It says on their receipt "You have thirty calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased if the product is defective." They only replaced 2 and only gave me 30% off the other 2. They should've all been replaced for free. Its in there policy and they dont obey their own policy, I was harassed on top of that. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my 2 for free and other 2 30% off. I'm always getting defects from this location. Avoid it at all costs!!! Id spend over 300 every 2 weeks here and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I bet they're gonna leave a review on this trying to play the good guy. DONT LISTEN, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS OUR MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!
I spaced and forgot to tip on my way out. It's kind of eating me up now lol. The woman that helped me while I was in there was absolutely great. Good energy, kind, helpful, and deserved some recognition for her good customer service skills.
Super impressed with this dispensary! It was huge with lots of parking space. They have a lot of product displays set up to look at. The team is always friendly and helpful. And they carry my favorite high-quality brand, ROVE!
Customer service is fantastic. Staff is always ready to answer any questions. The line is long sometimes but its never a bother the service is awesome, and so is the product!
Stopped off to check out a dispensary. The atmosphere was super inviting, clean and spacious. Lots of displays to peruse the different selections. Just an amazing place !
