Three Nations Cannabis Verdi

One of my favorite dispensaries in town that offer some of the lowest pricing in the area. They have some different options at this spot as well compared to other local spots. I always receive the warmest welcome as soon as I walk in. They carry my favorite brand, Rove! One of the last stops you can make before heading up the mountains and they have a drive thru for added convenience. Don't sleep on this dispensary!

BEWARE OF TRISH AND IVEE - two incredible rude people who work here. I had a physical coupon for this store the first time I came in for 50% off my purchase and didn’t end up using it because the products I got were already on sale - however, they ensured me they would notate my account and I could use it for next time. Well I came in a second time today to be able to use my coupon, and Trish informed me I needed to physically have it with me. I told her I lived in Reno and I’m coming through on my way to truckee and I didn’t have it with me since I was informed they would notate the account last time. She was extremely rude about it and wouldn’t budge. I asked her why I physically need it and she said because then I could use it again, to which I told her you would be able see in the account that I used it today so why would I be able to use it again the next time ? She didn’t have an answer for me, just insisted I need the coupon. What awful and pitiful customer service, not standing on what they told me - especially compared to the Reno location that closed in November. What a shame this location closed because the people were always so nice and helpful and I know this would never happen there. I hope management takes this seriously as there are several reviews about Trish being completely rude. I then called in to speak to her about 10 minutes after leaving the store to clarify a few things to which a guy named Ivee answered and told me that Trish was “tied up” and asked for my name and number, I replied saying I don’t mind waiting for her to be done since my matter was urgent and I asked how long it will take to wait for her, he replied and said “why does it matter” and told me I was being rude, if he thinks telling a customer “why does it matter?” isn’t rude; I would hope that management makes him think again about the way he treats customers. Really terrible way to be treated as the customer, just plain horrible customer service here. I really hope management takes this seriously and figures out how to treat their customers with honestly and respect. Never have I I ever been to such a rude club in Reno, especially one that didn’t stand on their word and then made the customer feel in the wrong. Same on Trish and Ivee, I truly hope management does something about this. A store lead should not lead this way, I would really reconsider having people like Trish lead a store when she is so inconsiderate, she does not deserve that title. And customers like myself do not deserve this horrible treatment and lack of transparency. What a shame shame shame.

Well, the lady I dealt with was kind of rude. She was trying to explain to me that they don’t sell syringes in Nevada or non-knowledgeable or lying to me or whatever if they don’t sell syringes anymore, how do I keep buying them which obviously they do. I have a crap load of them so this lady was rude incompetent and honestly just plain unfriendly so I would definitely will not be coming here again. Luckily I’m traveling honestly thankfully for that. I’m traveling. I recommend going somewhere else. Or just go to Washington you can get this stuff for really cheap up there. That’s crazy Nevada their prices anyways just go somewhere else. This place is bad. I’d recommend going somewhere else. it’s six dollars in tax here just to get something I have been through all through Nevada and I have never paid six bucks in tax. this place is ridiculous.
