I drove 4.5 hours to this Dispensary for, not only the prices, but the experience and unbeatable customer service! When you walk in the door, if you're lucky and they're on shift, you are welcomed by Ruben and Michael. Both are incredibly friendly, personable, and down to Earth while thoroughly explaining the check in process and Dispensary Flow. The sign in is efficient and while NO ONE likes paperwork, they streamline the process as much as possible. Michael and Ruben are worth the drive and always a pleasure to interact with!
I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love deep roots! The sales are amazing, product, and overall customer service! My favorite is when you guys have those amazing deals that keep me coming back! I also wanted to shout out Mike G! Every time I walk into the building I am very kindly greeted with my name! I like that he recognizes his regulars. He’s always got such a positive attitude and always has something nice to say ☺️ I have also had a cartridge broken when I just bought it and I just took it back and they were able to get me taken care of!
