⸻ I really like this place. The location is great, the store is beautiful, and the products are excellent. Most of the staff are friendly and provide amazing customer service. However, I’ve had the same issue several times with one specific employee. When paying with a debit card, there’s a $3.75 fee that gets returned in cash. You can choose to leave it as a tip if you want. The problem is that this employee never gives me the full change back. Instead of returning the $3, he gives me coins and keeps the $3 without asking. It’s not a lot of money, but it doesn’t feel right. Tips should be voluntary, not assumed. I hope management looks into this because otherwise this is a great place.

The service was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out products for my chronic pain and went above and beyond and took their time to accommodate me with my walker. I got a first timer discount for 40% off! One of the best deals I’ve seen in dispensaries in town. Gabriel at the front helped me find my phone—it was actually a group effort but I didn’t get all of their names! Can’t wait till my next visit.

This was hands-down one of the worst dispensary experiences I’ve had. The staff on duty had no working knowledge of cannabis products—they couldn’t answer basic questions, make recommendations, or explain what they were selling. That alone is a red flag for any dispensary. To make it worse, the drive-through was advertised as open but wasn’t, and customers were left confused and waiting. We were told they were “short-staffed,” but that is not an excuse for misleading customers and running a business this poorly. I personally watched over 20 customers walk away this morning because of the chaos and lack of service. That’s lost revenue and damaged reputation that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing and management. At this point, it’s clear ownership and management need to step in and fix this. Poor training, false advertising, and disorganized operations are unacceptable—especially in a regulated industry like cannabis. This was my last visit. There are far too many professional, knowledgeable dispensaries in this city to waste time at one that doesn’t respect its customers.

I love that this place is open 24 hours! I went here for the first time about a month ago and have been back several times since. The staff at the front desk checking IDs are always friendly and get you checked in quickly. We’ve been helped by Ivan a few times now, and he’s consistently welcoming and in a great mood. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always able to point us in the right direction. Honestly one of the most knowledgeable budtenders I’ve ever had. They have a solid selection of products, including The Presidential joints my friend likes, and we’ve caught some great deals during our visits as well. Great people, great vibes, and super convenient hours. I’ll definitely be back!

Good product in terms or flower and pre rolls. The bud-tenders are very helpful and nice especially Cameron and John. But unfortunately there is a line every time I come especially at night. There is usually only one bud-tender at night (around 9:30-10). The long wait is honestly so annoying and if the prices weren’t decent I probably would have given less stars. Attached is a picture of the waiting room full to the max. Hopefully they can get some extra staff on at night.
