So happy this dispensary is in Fernley! They have a large selection brands and options. The store itself is open, spacious, clean and inviting. The crew always has some great suggestions. They carry my favorite high-quality brand, ROVE. I always leave with more than I came in for!

Some of the people they have here can be rude as all heck in curbside (outside) otherwise I would have a better review! I can't in good faith disregard the good men and women here though. To the amazing staff members, thank you for making mine and my partner's experience wonderful. It is just a shame when we run into employees who think they know better or act nice with a sour undertone. That can get exhausting to deal with. Respect goes both ways. The way you carry yourself goes a long way! Edit: Their system goes down way too much without them ever giving the courtesy to notify you before you make a half hour drive to get your product. Then you just waste your time, gas & money. If your system goes down it should be YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a business to notify your consumers. Unacceptable.

(Updated after talking with Alex in management) I’ve been a regular for years, because of good prices and great deals, but the buck stops here. It’s quite annoying that people who are medical patients get to skip ahead of everyone who has been waiting in line longer than the medical patients have been in the building. If you are going to have a medical only line at all hours then have a medical only Budtenders at all hours instead of driving away loyal customers over special treatment of customers just because they can afford a medical card.

Just rolled in to Reno last night, stopped for Gas, then food, then seen Silver State Relief in Fernley as we were leaving Burger King. Figured why not go ahead, so I walked in and was pleased! John C waited on me, he seemed very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Got me exactly what I was looking for and a little extra I didn't even know I needed 🤣 Newly moved to the area and you all were my third stop in town. Will definitely be back! Also I was pleasantly surprised with the prices, John C was also good with helping me get what I wanted but also at the best value by showing me the specials! Thanks! Probably my best retail experience ever!

Great experience at Silver State Dispensary! I want to give a big shoutout to Richard for taking excellent care of me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made the experience smooth and welcoming. He took the time to answer my questions, gave solid recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like this is why I’ll keep coming back.
