About The Green Cross Farmacy

On West Williams Avenue in Fallon, this is a medical-only cannabis location serving Churchill County patients who hold a valid Nevada medical card. The shop does not sell adult-use recreational products — reviewers specifically note being redirected to Desert Embers nearby for recreational purchases. The 4.4-star average across 144 reviews reflects a steady patient base, with some mixed signals: a few customers have flagged rude interactions during card renewal questions, while longtime patients describe the owner and crew as committed to genuine pain-management support despite limited regional understanding of medical cannabis. Hours run 10 AM to 6 PM every day of the week, simpler than the broader hours at recreational dispensaries. If you carry a Nevada medical card and live in or near Fallon, this is your in-town option. If you're shopping recreationally, head to Desert Embers on Bottom Road instead, which keeps later hours and serves the adult-use market.

Customers mention:
  • Medical-only, not recreational
  • Open 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Pain-management focused service
  • Card renewal assistance available

Only time I will post Positive Review when Denied Medicine. My Sympathies to the Owner & Crew running Shop despite the Lack of True Understanding of Lifetime Pain Management by Local Governance. Legalized means just that. Shame on anyone that hinders the Healing Process thru Holistic Choices. Fin

I used to love this place. However, never going back. Ginger guy behind the counter was rude. All I wanted was help with renewing my card and instead of kindly explaining stuff to me, in a very rude and humiliating mannor, The clerk just slowed his words down and gave dramatic pauses between sentences then had the nerve to act like I'm in the wrong because I wasn't understanding his explanation. Very passive aggressive. Prices are way to steep. Website seemingly down consistently and the prices are sometimes completely wrong vs in store which makes zero sense. Ex, Dab cart says 10$ right? Go down there and suddenly their website got it wrong and it's actually 16. This is an example because no way they would sell a cart for 10 but it's extremely accurate of their website vs in shop. Every time I went there, I've always gotten a somewhat stuck up attitude so I try not to talk much which is something a customer should never feel like. Ultimately, When the best thing I can say about your shop is the product is nice (which I mean it's supposed to be already) and the place is clean is really all that can be said, I cannot rate more than one star. Smile for the customer. Make them feel welcome. Instead of "hey, what'll it be?" How about "Hi, how may I help you today or are you looking for something in particular" the women there are highly energetic and enthusiastic while the males there seem like zombies who just want you to buy your stuff and leave. I can't describe it other than that. I go in there asking for a simple question and walk out feeling like this dude thinks I wanna hand out. I feel judged by their tone and honestly the whole experience is just not very inviting. Hurry up. Pay. Leave.

So glad I found Green Cross! Very knowledgeable staff, thank gawd! I have pain issues and wasn't sure which organic product would help, but the owner, Nate, totally schooled me. Been going there a few years now, no pain. Customer service is amazing!
