If youre looking for an opinion on a product and the employee is unfamiliar but another patron is knowledgeable the atmosphere is inviting enough for them to chime in if they wish to. There are some occasional issues with stocking but the staff is almost always quick to ask if going to another location is an option and when it is they offer to help look up which other stores at least have them according to the system, and on slow days sometimes they will even call ahead to check for you, though even just having the short list of who should have stock saves a lot of time that otherwise would be spent cold calling other branches. The issues also stem from the shifting legal landscape and issues with the mailservice, not the store itself, I've had the exact same issues when purchasing online.

Maria was so helpful and immediately made me feel welcomed. It’s been a while since I have gotten any edibles so asked what I liked to take them for and provided a few different options. There were a few people in line in front of me and she provided the same attentiveness. Will definitely go back to that location.

This is only my second time buying from this specific location, but I went to asking for a certain thing left with something else and I didn’t realize until I got home so I called and I found out that they have a no exchange policy, which is fine, but the person on the phone who says they are the supervisor has a nasty attitude and is trying to tell me that I said the other thing Which physically isn’t possible because I know what my body can and cannot handle chemically And I get the same thing every time, despite the location. Can proudly say, despite this being the closest one to my house I will never be stepping back in there again The lack of customer service is astonishing And her attitude is belittling.

Pun on name is clever. Upon arriving I thought they went through a lot of trouble when bud with legit thc is not even legal . That’s confusing cause they say best thc. It says on their website that they openly and freely give samples TRY B4 U BUY! Well I walked in with like 13 dollars the budtender was not informative I asked about the cheapest she didn’t take control and say hey well if ur looking for something cost effective with a potency like … was no directing me or even upsaleing the products for next time definitely was not going let me try any samples . She was pretty with prettiness sometimes comes what ppl would think is snooty because ur not welcoming or an expressive fun informative attitude. I would have to say that out of all shops I have gone dispensaries this was the most monotone uninviting budtender I HAVE ever met was not like well welcome check out these product s I tried saying I’m all the way from ia she was not personable at all.or try to relate to bring me back in next time as a potential patron. Also no deals or specials for first time customers ::( that was disappointing on top of disappointment in budtenders ability to inform and open up and talk about other good products that are worth trying in future I said get me g of the best 13 dollars g she grabbed and weighed up didn’t say ok well I’m going to recommend this because exzuberant flavor or anything descriptive.
