I love the people here. Don't know nuthin bout this stuff and they were so helpful. Esp this location
Whoever was working at 8pm on 1/1/26 was very rude and inattentive . Tried making small conversation and he acted like he wanted nothing to do with my business and didn’t have answers to any of my questions. Was going to spend more money but the vibe was so off. I’ve been trying to find a regular spot to go to but this has been my experience at almost every place I’ve been to in West Omaha. Do better. Won’t return.
I loved coming here. The staff always made me feel welcome. I always found my antisocial-self sticking around to chat a little. They have a reward system(punch card), a large variety of goods, a chill environment, and clean bathrooms. Theyre also open super late compared to other Omaha businesses.
Several times I've been to the store to make a purchase. And their system is down where you can't pay besides cash. So you're obligated to go to the ATM across the street and pay a fee. That is not the way you're supposed to run a business. Not the first time it's probably not gonna be the last. This is 2025. There's no reasons why your system should be failing. Unless you're trying to cut corners on taxes and trying to bring in cash only.
Ryan is a wonderful guy and takes very good care of his customers! I love the cali pods too, and they’re the only place that carries them. Ezra is also super helpful and helped us pick the right flavor.
