The staff was flat-out rude. Clearly doesn’t care about customers, and honestly acted like making a sale was beneath them. Congrats—you lost a customer for good. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere people actually know how to treat others with respect.
Leaving a 5star review for the great store of levitated. At first they scared me with there point system but my god did they revamp it and make it amazing. Thank you for the help staff of Mercedes and David.
Shane was very good at helping me find what I needed. There was a decent selection of items that I have never seen anywhere else. He gave excellent customer service and a welcoming vibe. Most definitely found my new favorite shop.
This is a fairly new location, so far the staff working here has been very helpful, friendly and made great recommendations on what to get. Their flowers are very smelly and skunky, I've tried a bunch of them and it definitely helps you to get some relaxation after a long day of work. Their cartridges are amazing and reasonably priced. So far I'm happy with their service, they told me they will eventually have more products over time, totally worth it and convenient since it's located next to a bakery, it is perfect if you're having the munchies and wanna get something to eat on the go.
