Customer Reviews
Mitch is a great dude willing to greet and thank every customer very politely, having a conversation about video games and comic books with multiple customers - great energy, great recommendations, products and I will be back.and the prices are low! I got discounted for Tuesday - to my surprise. Free discounts! I’ll take it!
I’ve given this place so many opportunities I’ve bought so many different things from the prepackaged buds, to every single disposable, almost every edible on the shelf and I think I’m done smoking😔this place has robbed me of my money, the worst dry buds so stale couldn’t even roll a blunt, every disposable I’ve had has leaked after the first charge. I’ve spent over $300 in the last month at this place and they only seem to care to make money off you
Great customer service. But the THCA is terrible. It’s so dry and breaks down to dust the bud is not fresh it also doesn’t weigh what it says it weighs. Every bag is a gram or more short. I keep giving them chances because it’s convenient but I just can’t anymore $80 for 7 g’s and it’s just not worth it. GO TO GREENLIGHT NATURAL. It’s actual gas flower and is always so fresh.
I was confused thinking it was thca not a blend of sprayed in chemicals when purchasing the Northern Lights Dazed3.5g flower. I guess it was not explained well. Lets start with its most certainly short over a gram so 2.4 not 3.5! I couldnt smell or weigh it prior since its pre packaged yet suppose to be the strongest product as far as flower goes. There should be samples to smell or some in a jar to ensure customers are compensated for the false advertising Also can hardly breathe and ears are popping shortly after one bowl or 3 hits. There is a strong disgusting chemical odor ive never smelled in my almost 2 decades of cannabis consumption. The cannabis factory would refund or at least credit the account I hope that wouldnt be too much to ask as i still have the receipt and live a few blocks away. This was a horrible first impression for my room mate who would be a loyal customer if he was at least getting what he pays for.
The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the THC gummies are strong but also taste bad. I also didn't feel anything from the so-called "Atomic Bombs." Solid place with it's problems.
