Customer Reviews
If you are looking for a reliable dispensary that carries a serious variety of products, Cannabis Factory is the best in the area. Whether you are coming in for high-quality THC-A flower or looking for specific CBD topicals and edibles, they consistently have what you need in stock. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for without having to hunt through cluttered shelves. The staff here is exactly what you want in a dispensary: efficient and professional. They are knowledgeable enough to answer technical questions about different strains or milligram dosages, but they don't hover or make the experience feel high-pressure. It’s a straightforward, comfortable environment where you can get in, get your questions answered, and get on with your day. Another standout feature is their consistency in quality. I’ve tried several different items from their menu, and the results are always top-notch. Between the fair pricing and the loyalty rewards program, it’s clearly the best value in town. If you want a dependable spot with a massive selection of THC and CBD products, this should be your first choice.
the lady at the desk autumn was so nice to me and my friends and even helped him with allergy lists!
Love all there products and their staff is out of this world. Great prices too. Only place I go now.
After being away for five years, I’d been shopping at a dispensary near my mom’s place for about a year. The experience was… inconsistent. Hit-or-miss flower, fluctuating pricing, rotating brands from all over the country. Lots of hype, lots of marketing noise, and honestly? Most of it smoked harsh. The deals and rewards were fine, but burning through an eighth in a day doesn’t exactly hit when you’re a solo smoker looking for quality over quantity. Tonight, I forgot my wallet on the way there and decided—last minute—to try TCF. It was late, drive-thru only. I told Ya’Niyah straight up: first time, no clue what I was walking into. I asked a few questions. She explained that The Cannabis Factory grows their own product—direct-to-consumer, vertically integrated, accountable from seed to sale. That immediately got my respect. She asked the right questions, handed me a jar of Northern Lights, and sent me on my way. No fanfare. No buzzwords. No “top-shelf” nonsense. By the time I got home, my joint was still burning slow. Half-smoked, gooey resin ring, went out maybe three times—not because it was dry or harsh, but because it was actually dense and well-grown. That’s the tell. I’ll definitely be back. I appreciate a shop that manufactures its own product and stands behind it, especially as someone who cares about ethical marketing and customer-facing accountability. Ya’Niyah was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly ready to clock out—but she still did right by me. I almost forgot: The flower was fire as hell for $30. Sometimes less hype really does mean more substance.
Devon was super thorough and personable when explaining about all of the different strains. I ended up just getting a $5 Indica preroll of the Skywalker OG to try out and it was so amazing! I was also happy to see that the taxes are all already included in the price! So I literally just paid $5! ALSO, getting a free $5 Delta 8 gummy for submitting a review was a major bonus! I am moving into an apartment nearby and think I have found one of my local favorites! Thank you Devon! 10/10! :)(:
