BEST customer service in the valley! I’ve been going to 406 since the beginning and not only do they have some of the best flower around, with great pre-roll offers and prices (as low as $5 for 2 .05g joints!) they carry the best gummies around and some of the best edibles. Don’t sleep on the peanut butter balls! Whether it’s Elaine or the other ladies, I always feel like I’m getting knowledgeable service and treated like family.

Sadly used to be my favorite and only go to spot for the last few years. Unfortunately they have slipped in their quality(I’ve gotten multiple ounces that have a lot of seeds and stems even when it was their top tier), and they used to offer their cheapest ounces at $118 after tax, and the last year the cheapest has been at $152…they blame it on percentages being so high but I used to get high ones at the $118 price too. All in all not worth it anymore…I will try em again in a pinch, but sadly not otherwise. I see a lot of reviews about poor staff, but I have personally never experienced staff treating me poorly here even as a regular, they have always been kind.

Worst customer service in the valley. I went here consistently I was what you call a “regular” I’d spend anywhere from 300-400 a week for close to a year if not more and I’ve been treated so bad by one person in particular, shes given me all kinds of issues. Always has an attitude, even treated my own mother like a burden when she went in. This place just has a bad vibe because of her. They need some management adjustment or something. But I would highly recommend AGAINST this despensary if I could give it a zero for customer service I would because it is. They have decent products you can find elsewhere I just thought they were one of the only live rosin distributors but I was new to it and after I did some shopping I realized how absolutely terrible they treat their customers. And how overpriced everything is. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving.

this place has some good workers but some very disrespectful workers as well. i cant speak completely terrible because they have decent products and prices but personally id rather go somewhere that respects its customers. They’ve lost my business and they’ll continue to lose business until they fire the people who are treating Their regulars like garbage. do yourself a favor and just keep driving past this one theres much better in the valley. they carry 2nd tier products you can find almost anywhere.
