Spark1 Missoula

It’s annoying being asked what your plans are for the day every time you purchase something and are getting change back. I have gone to Spark for years and every time you are about to be handed change, you get asked what your plans for the day are. I always tip, but last time I went in there, I had the exact amount for the order. When the employee realized that, almost nothing was said and definitely not asked about my plans for the day. Not sure who’s making employees ask this, but nobody wants to lay out their daily plans to a budtender who we all know doesn’t really care, and is just trying to get a tip. I’m sure everyone who is a regular notices it and how cringe it is.

This place is top notch! Best quality products with the best taste! A wide variety of options as well. All the staff are great and super nice and educated on the products. My favorite bud tender there is Jeny, she's so nice and her energy is so uplifting! She's always so organized and knows exactly what she's grabbing for me. She always hooks me up with the best deals! I think she deserves employee of the month! 💖

When we first went to spark the quality was decent. When it merged with the other place or whatever they did, everything went down hill fast!! We bought flower that was harvested a long time ago!! Old stale product that was very weak!!! People working there were mostly ok, but they lied about the quality after the merge with the other company. Do not go to spark if you want quality herb!!!'

We shop here weekly and Jenny is such a great bud tender! She knows our names and our story and is such a bright spot in our shopping day. We shop at spark one exclusively for the good prices, but mostly for the excellent and quick service. Go see Jenny or Kristen. They’re amazing!

**FALSE ADVERTISING**Today for the third time, Spark1 was false advertising again. I completed my order online. I then received confirmation my order had been accepted. $12.30 for an eighth. I then get an e-mail saying my order is ready for pick up. After work I take the bus for an hour across town to complete my purchase. I wait in line, go to the counter and the cashier gets my order. He then says "you probably think this is only a $10 eighth right?" I say yes I made the order earlier and it was confirmed for $12.30. He says that was a mistake by the internet staff. I have to pay $24.60. *****They will not honor my Order that was already confirmed and completed. I understand a mistake being made, but this is not the first tine this has happened. I waisted time and energy under false advertising. They did not even offer to honor the deal they completed for me. I am A Long time customer of Spark1. Friendly staff, tasty variety. The organizational overhead is lacking supervision and needs improvement. this has happened to me several times, and I can't be the only one. Do Better Spark1 Management and Internet Staff. Peace! *UPDATE* I am happy to say that The Owner of Spark1 and Management have contacted me and made efforts to address my experience. I also was given some store credit as act of good faith moving forward. I appreciate your thoroughness!! 😁
