Flower Recreational and Medical Dispensary
About Flower Recreational and Medical Dispensary
Sitting on Brooks Street in Missoula's Southgate Triangle, Flower Recreational and Medical Dispensary holds a 4.5 rating across 204 reviews. The shop covers both recreational and medical cannabis customers, with a menu that reviewers say balances flower, edibles, and concentrates well. The Horchata Caramels get an enthusiastic shout-out: caramel, vanilla, white chocolate, and cinnamon, dipped and finished by hand. Worth seeking out if edibles are your thing. Bring cash, because at least one reviewer flagged that as the preferred payment. Service generally lands as patient and accommodating, including one anecdote about a budtender who stayed calm during a chaotic, multi-trip transaction. Hours run 9 AM to 7:45 PM every day of the week. Not every visit goes smoothly. One regular described an uncomfortable checkout exchange about a previous review, which is a fair caveat. Overall, the product mix and welcoming team keep most shoppers coming back. A reliable Southgate option.

An employee initiated this curt and patronizing confrontation with me at checkout about a review I had left previously (which wasn’t even a negative review lol). Totally unprofessional, I just walked away - you don't escalate and challenge customers like that. I’ve been coming here for months, I was really liking this place and had no real problems, but after this completely unnecessary experience I don't know if I'm gonna come back. I like Flower’s products, but I'm not gonna give them my money if they're gonna be condescending and rude. Update: once I got home and opened the bag I noticed she even gave me the wrong product. Lol, I don't have time for this, plenty of other dispensaries around.
Gotta edit my review because you can’t just post another one. I chucked super hard and ended up running out to my car mid transaction twice and despite being slammed with customers the dispo woman was unbelievably patient and polite. While that sounds like the bare minimum you’re not thinking about that when you’re short 3 bucks. You never know what someone’s going through and I thank this place for their manners
Best flower Ive found in Missoula. I have had rude service here a couple of times. I actually walked out one time. Lately the service has been great though.
Wonderful service, brilliant products. Bring cash. I got the Horchata Caramels, and they are one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Caramel, with vanilla extract (vanilla is highly underrated), dipped in white chocolate, and sprinkled with cinnamon. Give it a good chew, enjoy such a delicious blend of flavor, and have a better day with diminished pain. It's the perfect use of $20, and you can also tip the clerk a couple bucks with that maximum amount. I'm going to be a regular customer for sure.
I loved this place the atmosphere was perfect. They have a great sense of humor and the fact that they walk you out so that you are collecting so much waste from packaging is Is a small but amazing step. And the moon rocket pre rolls are where it's at!!!
