I’ve been a regular customer at this dispensary because of its convenient location near my workplace. Recently, I purchased a disposable vape, and unfortunately, after just 2 hits, it slipped and the glass part shattered, making the product unusable. When I went back to the dispensary to see if there was any possibility of a discount or assistance, I felt the response was quite dismissive. While I understand accidents happen, I was hoping for a bit more understanding and customer service. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. 60 down the drain and a dispensary I can no longer trust. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
