Every interaction I have with this place feels so pleasant and genuine! I absolutely love the service that I received here. Not only that, but there product is top tier and appropriately priced! Huge shout out to the Queen of all budtenders, Sara at Holistic Releaf by Design. Sara is a Master at her trade / Budtender, etc....She is always kind and very knowledgeable about all the products and she deserves a promotion and or raise maybe even both. Thank you sooo much Sara!

Website and Door say open till 8 I showed up at 7:50 only to enter when I buzzed the door to get in the employee continued to help another customer. Another customer came out held the door so I couldn’t get in told me that she was closed and that she just clocked off and to go try somewhere else maybe down the street could sale me some thing And that she had just clocked off from working there. Her tone and her attitude was really rude and unnecessary and she could’ve been more applied about it if she really did work there. Not too impressed as I visit the store often normally the customer service is good. The products are good but to be treated like this when she could’ve just said hey we’re closed and not hold the door and then to tell me to go down the street and try a different store is really uncalled for. I know I shouldn’t show up 10 minutes till closing time so yes it is my fault but the way the employee talked me was unprofessional and uncalled for especially since the hours say until 8 pm on the door and website. Never have I been treated like this before and if that said employee did just clock off I hope she talks to customers and treats customers better then when does clocked off.

This place is fantastic! Those that know me, know that I have been having chronic back pain for a while now. It’s in the name, Holistic Relief, is why I chose here to go! I was looking for a holistic approach to tackle my back pain. Courtney is very knowledgeable and directed me to salves & edibles known to help alleviate pain and inflammation! I was shocked at how affordable these products are and Courtney explained that their main focus was helping people! Thank you for your knowledge and support!

Very pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed the product and was very pleased with how the ladies treated me. I will definitely spend my money here again!
