The Hi-Line Company Kalispell

Service was great, got in, got out quickly. The reason for the 3 stars is the giant black pole in the middle of the parking lot is INVISIBLE at night. I was there Wednesday 11/26/2025 at 7:45pm and when I left I bumped the pole with my car. Yes the pole is huge, but it’s invisible in the dark. Seems like a really poor choice of color for something that is a major obstacle in a parking area, especially one so poorly lit. I had to drive to the business next door to have enough light to inspect the damage to my vehicle. I’ll be reaching out to the owner and if you are the owner and you see this before I can reach you please open a line of communication. Having an unlit and unmarked black pole in the middle of a parking area is a serious liability. Edit: 1/7/26 reduced to 1 star. I emailed Chuck, on 11/27/2025, as suggested. I never received a response. Will be telling friends and family to avoid this place. Cost to repair the damage to my vehicle due to this invisible-at-night black pole is over $2000. Thanks for nothing.

Not much selection. Pretty empty for a dispensary to be open that long and have next to nothing to choose from

I adore Carolyn. She's always delightful and super helpful, she's my favorite person who works at Hi-Line ❤️ I can't find how to do a new review without a link from a purchase so I shall edit this one. A few weeks ago I got off work and hurried to High Line after work, made it there by 7:50 (closes at 8) and the long haired guy who was working let me know through the window that he was closed. NOT open until 8. So I went down the road and discovered Power Plant where the gal hustled to get me taken care of before her system shut down at 8. LOVED HER. Between then and now, I went back to High Line and thankfully it wasn't close to closing time and I had Carolyn who is amazing! So today, same story..I hustled after work and got there at 7:50 to have the big guy who was cleaning the floor let me know that he was closed. Once again...NOT open until 8. I'm over it. Carolyn is amazing, but there for day shift and the guys are lazy. Apparently they need to leave by 8. The store IS NOT open until 8. Super sad, this place has good vibes. I'm so done. Power Plant on the same side of the road is OPEN until 8pm.

I’ve been in a few times now and he’s always super sweet to all the customers including myself always smiling and had great communication skills. Finally set up an account there today due to how nice he is. A big thank you to the Company and the workers
