2021: I've gone here since they opened way back when they used to be located on Rose Crossing. This is always a good place, I've enjoyed it through the years. I always get decent product and a variety of things to choose from. Try the infused coffee beans, they're fun. Updated 2023: still the BEST place. I still don't go anywhere else. Updated again 2025: This is still my place. Always will be. I love Ginger, Tiff, and Wayne.

She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to help you find exactly what you need! She's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! She's an asset to your company and deserves a raise and a promotion! What makes The Green Cross in Kalispell my new favorite dispensary (besides Ana!) is their upfront pricing—taxes are already included, so you’re not hit with any sticker shock at the register. It’s honest, fair, and hassle-free, just like the service Ana provides. If you're in the area, stop here. You won’t be disappointed! Having the taxes already included in the price, that’s a game changer! I appreciate that more than I can say. This place has fast become my favorite dispensary!

Bought a .5 gram 25$ “clear” cartridge and it was defective right off the get go. the store doesn’t have any policies in place to take responsibility for defective products they have in stock. I was told there’s nothing they could do I couldn’t get a refund and I couldn’t exchange the cartridge for another equivalent product. Shafting the customer for your bad products not taking responsibility as a business is absolutely ridiculous. I would not buy any product from nor will I in the future. Employee was great she tried to fix the issue, she was told not to refund me told not to exchange it and told to tell me there’s nothing she can do. What kind of owner or manager handles a simple refund for a defective product like this… 0* if I could. Edit: owner says the cartridge is used up that’s not the case clearly in the photo right outside of the shop. I brought it in the night before and was turned away BECAUSE ALL OF YOUR RAINBOW ROAD carts are all defective I was shownMake better policies be responsible for your mistakes. Or don’t run a sub par business. I’ve been to stores all over the PNW this is a first over many years. Employees wanted to help and were told not to. Bad owner.

This place is horrible. It is mandatory that they take all of the info from your driver's license, whether you want to or not. We proceeded to tell them that no other place in town does that, and their response was "Well, we are different". Just a heads up to everyone, no one else takes your info unless you want to be in their members club. FYI, bud is still illegal at the federal level, so be careful which businesses you give your info to. Information is the new gold, and your info is for sale to the highest bidder.
