Really bad experience. Representative was annoyed by my requesting to know the testing levels and began screaming at me making me as a female feel very uncomfortable in such toxic masculinity. Tried to report it to corporate and they banned me rather than address the issue after I requested they pull the video feed. No man should throw his arms up in the air aggeessively at a female and definitely not a customer service rep.
Best place in the area! Living soil & they care about what their strains do medicinally as well as how they taste. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and best you can get around for any and all your needs

Nine Pipe has always been one of my favorite shops in the state. It is clear that they put a lot of love into their work. The team is very kind and knowledgeable.
