I love proper. I had purchased some pre rolls and realized the pre rolls were duds so I went back up to the store and they immediately made things right. I’m not one to complain but I was so impressed by how professional they are and making sure you leave satisfied. Proper will always be my go to!
Stop by here today for the first time and didnt regret it. Normally dont do reviews but these guys are top tier!! Heather and David are awesome! Had some issues during the transaction due to a system error and my order not being ready upon arrival. Fantastic service when technology fails. They took great care of me. Took 25-30 minutes out of a busy day to take care of a customer and got everything resolved as quickly as possible, will definitely be returning!

Fast the guy with the tablet took my order. Very friendly quick efficient. Was able to answer my questions fast and helped me in less than 5 minutes do my order and find a sale. Cashier was awesome told me about the Dailey Driver discounts and also my own 10$ off discount and I only spent 5$ on a lovely 1/8th called Grape Fizz.... very nice love when customer service is top notch because reality is we ALL have a lot going on. I stopped in today to take advantage of a coupon that was delivered in our neighborhood I’m glad I did! The young men at the counter were all so friendly, knowledgeable and polite which is not something we see often enough these days. I wish I would have gotten the first young man’s name he was extremely kind then Justin took over he made a few great selection for me he also informed me that I had $20 in rewards and would I like to use them that’s a big YES! I also got to pick a treat for spending over a certain amount make sure you sign up for their rewards they truly pay off😁thanks again Justin!
