Kind Goods Recreational Dispensary - On The Hill

Khy helped me straighten out my loyalty points situation and I got to use some to take off a pretty good amount. I’ve always liked kind goods but this dispensary is one of the best! Khy rocks!!

Great variety, reasonable prices, when I entered there were 3-4 sales people available - I was the only customer - agent 42710(sorry I forgot her name) was super chill and helpful! As she assisted me, the other sales people went to "the back" and 2 to 3 more customers entered, it took a few minutes for any additional staff to come back out & assist. Being that there was an hour left before closing, I was surprised at the lack of floor support, especially being a Saturday with an hour left until closing. My rep was awesome, and she even found additional discounts since I was a first time customer! I will definitely be back!

I purchased a half Oz online. The total was 65. When I got there for my FIRST time, she said I get 20 percent off my first visit. She tallys me up and its 65 bucks! No discount at all. She just said 20 percent off. So....20 percent off 65 is 65??! I seen the total before I got there! So. They scam and lie about their discounts. It was delivered style too, i never seen or smelled it! And when I got home, HALF shake, yes half! And it was a very snobbish environment. Greenlight and 315 are right down the street, cheaper, nicer and they stand on their deals. Plus, when they say popcorn bud . Thats what you get. Not SHAKE... i was high, so i did not make a scene or challage this b.s ..nice looking store tho!

I am proud of this location to a point. I've been coming to this location since it opened religiously. If you have an issues with a product or points not being added, management mostly just says ehh. I wish I had a good answer for you. Wait longer keep track of your orders to make sure we add your points like we are supposed to. I have had to correct my account over and over. What point do you say I'm tired of working for my own points and watching my money and time go to waste. I say figure out your computer system and then other than that would've been a 5 star review. Update as of 1/14/26 I have never gone back to a review and taken my time to change or updated it. It seems to me only fair to change this to a 5 star review. KG at least took the time to send me a solution, as it seems they do for anyone who feels anyway upset with an experience. Thank you KG for taking the time to make this person not feel so little and alone in a crazy situation.

Love this location! Awesome! Looking store and the staff is awesome as well and there's plenty of parking.
