I stopped by Greenlight Dispensary on Chippewa today and was very pleased with my entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and well organized. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped guide me toward a purchase that fit exactly what I was looking for, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. Customer service definitely stood out today. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and a great experience in St. Louis!
I always have good experiences at this location, and today was no exception. Normally I’m just buying for me, but I was buying for others as well today - Dalton was incredibly patient as I figured out what to get and also very knowledgeable about each product. He went to the back several times to get and show me various items, walked me through dosage and type, and checked total pricing on everything several times to make sure I didn’t overspend. A+ experience! Thank you!
Greenlight is great from the time you walk in and get checked to walking in to great service from the crew, today I was greeted & helped by Emma. 4/7 Kali is always there with a big smile 😀 ❤️. 5/8 Greenlight, Ian always great. 6/10 had to get the great deal on Rove today. 7/11 Cassandra was excellent Pinchys Raspberry Lemonade 😋 is the product today. 8/12 stopped in for a couple of Bison preroll, Montel great service as usual not my 1st time being helped by him & as always friendly as soon as you're greeted walking in. 9/14 Kali R. as always fast friendly service with that big smile 💚 10/ 17/25 Greenlight is the place for me.
