We always have a wonderful experience at Swade Cannabis but Stef went above and beyond when I came to pick up my online order! There was a bit of a delay and he was so communicative throughout the whole process while having wonderful customer service. Thank you!
Ty and the other gal were both wonderful they helped me get my order with little wait while we were chatting it up about good chicken gizzards LOL then I let them pick me out a pre-roll too Ty recommended the Blackberry Kush which was amazing!!!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful every time I come in. From the lovely people up front checking id's to the people working and giving out the product in the back, I've never had a bad experience and am so happy to have such a wonderful group of people handling my smoke!
Great dispensary with great staff. Leaving 3 stars cause it seems that I never get my reward points, even going for the past year and half, still no rewards and I've reached out multiple times and no response. So I'll reserve the 5 stars till they figure out the rewards system. Other than that selection is great and prices vary, but they do have great deals. Updating review to 5 stars issue was handled swiftly with Great customer service. I recommend to anyone.
