Heya Wellness - St Ann, MO
About Heya Wellness - St Ann, MO
Located on St. Charles Rock Road in St. Ann, this Heya Wellness location averages 4.4 stars across more than 500 reviews. The shop carries some of the better single-serve items in the area for both price and quality, which long-time customers still credit. Hours run 9 AM to 9:45 PM Monday through Saturday, and 9 AM to 6:45 PM on Sundays — though customers have run into mismatched closing times on Sundays between the Google listing and in-store signage, so confirm before driving over. Reviews lean mixed on management and promo handling, with shoppers noting that discounts can be inconsistently applied or interpreted. Bud tenders themselves tend to draw positive feedback even when broader experiences land sideways. If you're shopping in St. Ann and willing to navigate occasional service inconsistencies, the product quality on individual items still holds up. Verify any current promo before counting on it.

Customer Reviews
This place used to be great, and I’m honestly not sure what changed. To be fair, they still have some of the best single-serve items around in terms of price and quality. My main issue is how they handle discounts, promotions, and events. It’s very common to come in expecting a promo only to be told that you read it wrong, even when it’s a deal that’s been running for a while. I’ve even called ahead to confirm how a promotion works, only to arrive and be told something completely different. It’s frustrating because the products themselves are solid, but the inconsistency with honoring deals really takes away from the experience. I’ve experienced ongoing issues with promotions, and in one instance an employee spoke to me in a way that was unprofessional and included swearing.
First time customer from out of state. Connor was my cashier and I also had one coworker, Brendan- who was off the clock, assist me in choosing what was right for me. They have me 20% off and threw in a free preroll. Great customer service and great products. The whole staff was friendly and inviting. They definitely do have a vibe, and it's a good one.
I would love to give them higher but I really can't. The manager made me and my dil so uncomfortable she instantly left and when I finally got my items I first went in and told the amazing bud tender how I felt and why, I didn't get to finish the convo as the manager walked in so I simply said Thank you and left. I then pulled to a different parking lot to cry. I'm low income and disabled, still have my meds card. A group I am in sent out a discounted item. The manager (found out he was a manager from my budtender when I came back in) kept making rude comments about people only coming for said item from the group. Once could be ignored but to repeatedly say it as others are getting stuff and to loudly point out who is buying extra stuff for all to hear. He then accused my dil of being there the day before with a snide attitude even though we both said she wasn't and she don't even have a car and I'm her ride. As I was walking out he very loudly stated "Well we are really bringing in sales today " all of which was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I went back in to try to get his name but only got to find out he was a manager before he walked in and I instant ended the conversation mid sentence with thank you and left. He was roughly 45+ salt and pepper facial hair, skinny, black hat and black hoodie. I have severe social anxiety and this experience sent me into an attack as well as my daughter in law. If this deal was going to be an issue it should've never been offered. The thought though is extremely appreciated. I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the bud tender I had was amazing and very kind.
This place is awesome. I have a particular product I like and buy all the time. They have the best price in town on this product compared to any other dispensary in town. Manager and staff always take great care of us. They go out of their way to make things right with their customers and provide an above and beyond experience.
Posted on their google account that they close at 7 on sundays, I arrive at 6:46 to pick up my pre order and they won’t let me in. They have a little paper sign in the window that has conflicting hours and says they close at 6:45. Asked if the guy with the beard could help me out since it’s kinda their mistake, he refused. Always been a massive fan of vibes products but how hard is it to have your hours accurately posted…… this is day one stuff here Edit: went back to Vibe today and had a great experience once I got past the waiting room. Brenden was amazing, super attentive and got me exactly how I wanted. Dude with the beard gave me an attitude as soon as I walked in, saying I’m the guy who gave him a 1 star review and thanks for doing that for no reason. Same bad attitude he had the first time, sad to see but Brenden was a rockstar! They need more of him. He got them bumped to 3 stars!
